Pico Return and Refund Policy
At Pico, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of purchase. Please contact us at support@picotechie.com within 30 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
1、Return Requirements:
To qualify for a full refund, your returned items must meet the following conditions:
a.New and Unused Condition: The item must be in its original, unused state.
b.Original Packaging: Items must be repackaged in their original shipping materials.
c.Restocking Fees:A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for items returned in non-original packaging.Additional restocking fees may apply if the item shows signs of use or damage. Each case will be individually assessed.
2、Missing or Incorrect Items:If any items are missing or incorrect in your order:
Report within 7 Days: Contact us at support@picotechie.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Check Packaging Thoroughly: Please carefully inspect all packaging materials to ensure no items were overlooked.
We will promptly address your claim and send any missing products after verifying the issue.
3、Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
