While we make every effort to meet these timelines, we reserve the right to extend delivery to 30 days in exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

  2. Extended Delivery Period: If your order is not delivered within 30 days, you are eligible for compensation at the rate of $1 per day for each additional day of delay beyond 30 days.

    Option 2: Extended Wait with Compensation: If you choose to wait longer than 30 days, we will provide a $1 per day compensation until your order is delivered.

  5. Communication: We will keep you informed about the status of your order throughout the shipping process. If delays occur beyond the standard delivery window, we will notify you immediately.

  6. Exceptions: This policy does not cover delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, customs issues, or other unexpected events.
